Downtown Knoxville’s revitalization has spread. Successes along Gay Street, Market Square and elsewhere have given rise to renewed commercial and residential interest in the 100 Block of Gay Street and the Old City. In addition, neighborhoods like Fourth and Gill and Downtown North are rising with the energy of new residents and businesses.
