Downtown Knoxville’s revitalization has spread. Successes along Gay Street, Market Square and elsewhere have given rise to renewed commercial and residential interest in the 100 Block of Gay Street and the Old City. In addition, neighborhoods like Fourth and Gill and Downtown North are rising with the energy of new residents and businesses.
At the center of all this renewal is the Southeastern Glass Building. Located at the corner of West Jackson Avenue and North Broadway, the Southeastern Glass Building is one block from Gay Street, two blocks from the Old City and an equally short walk to Market Square. And, because Southeastern Glass is adjacent to World’s Fair Park, it’s a short bike ride to the University of Tennessee, Fort Sanders and the Volunteer Landing, with access to the community’s extensive Greenway system.
